  • Managing customer generated service orders such as POTS, HSI, DS1, and FTTP.

  • Hosting weekly Ethernet/ Service orders calls with all areas to ensure all projects are progressing.
  • Attends weekly construction calls to obtain new information on open projects.
  • Actively tracking orders on to ensure ECD's are met.
  • Ensuring that ISP Engineer verifies complete Ethernet projects and that the SPOC properly releases project in ARMOR.
  • Check behind SPOC to ensure Ethernet orders are assigned to the correct status in ARMOR such as Pend Customer, High Cost, PMU, Pend Permit, Pend Engineer, Pend Site Survey, and etc.
  • Continuously track all Ethernet / Service orders until they are closed in ARMOR and then properly close them in spreadsheets.
