My love for psychology, communications and activism has helped me better understand customers and co workers in the work place, and given me an advantage to create more bridges and find many solutions to problems.
I have thrived in my current role and have taken on a leadership position thanks to my psychology research and resources. I have collaborated with my Senior Operations Managers on incorporating the 5 love languages of appreciation in the work place. This has brought our teams' production levels up and I was given an opportunity to take on an administrative role after doing so.
