Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain clear lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones (payments, approval drawings, change orders) are met in a timely manner to satisfy the scope and deliverables of the project.
  • Conduct drawing review meetings, host customers for Factory Acceptance Testing, coordinate shipments, and support service with customer requests.
  • Verify proper documentation and procedures are followed in accordance with compliance and departmental standards.

Major accomplishments include but are not limited to:

  • Led an eight-month integration project that involved twenty seven machines and had a total value over $2M. Coordinated all facets of the project with all three parties: MT, a third party equipment vendor and the end user customer.
  • Participated in continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops to make the rework process for Factory Acceptance Testing more efficient and reduce the turn around time on change orders.

Twenty-four-month rotational program that provided experience in different functions throughout the five key business areas in the Marketing Organization.

  • Service: Operated customer service campaigns to sell manufacturer training on new equipment and generate new leads on expired spare parts quotes. Assisted with SAP software implementation, entered leads for the spare parts team, and oversaw the spare parts email box.
  • Sales: Managed new equipment orders from order placement through service start up. Designed templates to harmonize and streamline the communication between customers and the order management team.
  • Applications Center: Learned the functionality and applications of machines across all four product lines. Conducted test reports for customers to illustrate performance and inspection capabilities of the equipment to help influence new sales.
  • Marketing: Created digital marketing design guidelines for the external channel partners to help effectively promote the equipment and manufacturer they represent. Carried out other digital marketing, inside sales, and writing activities.
  • Finance: Completed a year-to-date price realization project for each strategic business unit. Analyzed data to determine if pricing goals were being met by measuring selling price variation over a six-month period.
