Operate a variety of light motorized equipment and vehicles such as trucks, front-end loaders, riding mowers, small tractors, and other related equipment. Locate grave sites, mark areas to be excavated, and use shovels and backhoes to dig graves to specified depths. Lower caskets, set grave markers, and prepare sites for burial services. Understand and follow safety standards and practices associated with the operation of power tools and motorized equipment. Provide guidance or assistance to visitors and ensuring a respectful environment for all.

Perform skilled and lead work in the installation and removal of water meters and perform readings to monitor usage. Provide excellent customer serve and maintain public relations. Repair and maintain water mains, valves and sanitary sewers. Operate a variety of equipment including backhoe, mowers, steamers, jetters, front end loaders, vehicles and the like. Follow safety regulations and procedures while operating equipment. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Provide guidance, direction and training to less experience employees and be a productive member of the team.

Greet and assists customers in finding products and partner with team members when additional help is needed and to meet sales goals and objectives. Direct customer service activities throughout the specialty businesses in a professional manner. Partner with Specialty team members when customers require a deeper level of product information or to assist with sales needs. Responsible for the completion of Specialty associates training on product knowledge and care/protection plans. Manage and administer Productivity Standards Program processes to include recognition and coaching. Take action on performance and policy issues within the team. Oversee the planning and execution of special events. Own receiving, shipping and reverse logistics for specialty business merchandise. Oversee and maintains sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Oversee all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor and Return to Warehouse activities. Supports company shrink and safety initiatives.
