I was chosen to participate in a six-month leadership class to find a solution to a problem that would benefit the hospital. The leadership class was called P.R.I.D.E. ( Positive Results in Diversity Enhancement). Upon completion, a PowerPoint and summary were presented to the Hospital Administrator, Executive staff, and Service Chiefs.
I was chosen as an Honorable Mention for a Customer Service Award for providing outstanding customer service. In addition, I was nominated as Pharmacy Technician of the Year.
