Solid understanding of various software testing methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Experience in Establishing QA Procedures to meet QA Standards, proficient in writing Test Plans, Documenting the Testing Procedures and writing in-depth Test Cases to meet the Testing Cycle, In-depth knowledge in the analysis of applications higher-risk aspects, and determining scope and limitations of tests. Ability to interact with developers and System Analysts regarding Testing Status and Defect & Change Tracking using HP ALM. Participate and contribute to discussions and decisions on solution analysis and design. Good Problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills. Good Knowledge in Telecom Domain and experience in Healthcare Domain. Excellent experience with SQL server database. Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent team leadership, Analytical and relationship building capabilities, client interfacing and communication skills. Onsite / Offshore co-ordination, Trusted QA Lead and a Good team player.
