As a Pool Attendant, I was responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests by maintaining the pool area in strict accordance with health and safety regulations. I actively monitored pool activity, enforced facility rules, and supported lifeguards in promoting guest safety. My role included performing daily maintenance tasks, such as water quality testing, arranging furniture, and restocking towels and supplies, all while delivering prompt and friendly customer service. I worked closely with maintenance teams and management to ensure smooth daily operations and special event coordination. Known for my reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism, I consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

As an AYS Guest Representative for the Chicago White Sox, I was the direct connection between the fans and ballpark services, answering any questions about the park and facilitating pre-game and post-game events. At the same time, giving tours and helping disabled guests to their designated areas inside the ballpark.

As a student teacher selected by my assistant principal and dean of students for my outstanding personality and hard work. I taught the incoming 2023-2024 freshman-year students at Lindblom Math and Science Academy algebraic skills for the new school year.
