I am a meticulous and self motivated leader that is comfortable working alone or as a team. I adhere to all SOP and safety protocols, use proper PPE, and always have the utmost concern for safety and sanitation. I bring experience from four breweries of various sizes and production capacities from 10 barrel manual systems to 100 hectoliter fully automated systems, working with clean ales and lagers along with oak aged and kettle sour beers. I believe improvements can always be made and strive to continuously produce higher quality beer.
