This company is smaller, it’s 1 crew of 6 guys, we do flat work, footings, we do board forum and gates , we strictly do high walls, I have learned a lot from this company, just residential jobs.

This company was a smaller company, one crew of 7 guys, we built footings and used the gate system for walls, we did a lot of high walls at this company, just residential work,I started as a lead.

This is where my experience started. At the time Birdsall was a pretty big company, we built footings and did gate systems for residential and commercial. I started out as a laborer there and worked myself up pretty quick to a lead.
