Cultivate new client relationships with cold prospects and manage a portfolio of existing accounts to present upgraded HCM software, beyond payroll products such as retirement services, employee benefits, and property/casualty insurances
Conduct virtual and in-person strategic client overview and prospective client meetings with C-suite executives and business owners
Meet regularly with internal partners to strategize and inform on client/sale status
Meet regularly with external partners to grow and create new referring relationships and share product expertise
Make insurance, HR, and business tax recommendations to prospects, clients, CPA and banking partners based on industry knowledge specific to each customer, compliance regulations dependent on state and federal tax/insurance laws, and administrative/human resource management needs
Provide prospective clients with customized proposals based on individual needs and preferences as well as budgetary limitations; current employee benefit and property/casualty insurance policies
Resolve existing client concerns and initiate contact to inform business clients with growing employee count of anticipated compliance regulation concerns
Gather tax balance report information, insurance policy claim reports, worker's compensation and employee benefit renewals, retirement plan fee disclosures, billing statements etc. from new business clients and CPA's to reconcile and transfer to ADP payroll software, retirement services and insurance brokerage services
