• 01/23 - 05/23 (12-24 hours/week): UTHET, Tyler, TX - CVICU, Cath Lab, GI Lab, ER, Med-Surg Urology - Planned and coordinated care for 2 patients each shift under supervision of a Registered Nurse. Quickly responded to changing patient conditions.
• 06//23 - 07/23 (12-24 hours/week): UTHET, Tyler, TX - Med-Surg ICU, NICU, ER, OR, Family Birthplace - Rated highly by preceptors in high acuity patient settings. Coordinated care for 2-3 patients per shift. Prepared discharge instructions and educated patients.
• 08/23 - 09/23 (12-24 hours/week): CTMF, Tyler, TX - TCCH, MICU/SICU, Neuro Step-Down, Ortho/Trauma Step-Down - Managed IV antibiotics for 1-2 patients each shift. Assisted in implementation of nursing interventions of all patients. Provided teaching of all prescribed medications.
