  • Effectively communicate and lead professional meetings with stakeholders, including, but not limited to, physicians, hospital administration, nursing staff, pastoral care, and palliative care.
  • Through analysis of donation data, assess each assigned hospital's educational needs for day and night shifts, and develop and implement process improvements when variances exist.
  • Collaborate with the Physician Liaison to improve physician relationships and communication, to develop process improvement strategies leading to an increase in the overall quality of the donation process and outcomes.
  • Maintain hospital profiles within iTransplant; this includes the identification of hospital champions and a list of key contacts.
  • Maintains accurate records of all hospital visits and pertinent communications in the database.
  • Documents a weekly presence in high-potential facilities through records.
  • In collaboration with the hospital's Public Relations and Communications departments, organize organ and tissue donation awareness campaigns, activities, and events within assigned hospitals, as required.
