Under the supervision of my Supervising Speech Language Pathologist

• Provided speech therapy services to positively impact the lives of over 80 clients
• Speech services provided for five different schools, ranging from preschool-high school aged students, as well as several individuals receiving DDD services locally ages 11-38 years old
• Experience working a diverse population with a variety of disorders including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, articulation/phonological disorders, and well as language disorders
• Created individualized and innovative therapy activities to provide a fun learning environment geared towards the individual's need
• Completed required documentation thoroughly and on time while maintaining patient's privacy.

• Worked as a multi disciplinary teams (PTs, OTs, School Psychologists, Case managers, etc.) to provide comprehensive care.
• Collaborated with teachers and parents to support communication goals in educational settings as well as in their homes
• Experience with using Therapy management Software for scheduling, patient records, treatment notes, and billing purposes.

Under the supervision of my supervising SLP-

• I provided direct therapy in person and via Telehealth to 4 clients, ages 6-10 years old, twice a week for hour long sessions
• I was responsible for recording therapy data during client's session and writing SOAP reports after every therapy session, which I submitted to my supervising SLP for approval
• I worked primarily with students who have Dyslexia, phonological disorder, and Articulation Disorders.

Under my supervising SLP

• I provided direct therapy to 16 students; ages ranged from preschool to eighth grade, once a week for 30-minute sessions with individual students or as small group sessions
• I worked with students with a variety of disorders including; Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Autism, Down's Syndrome, Language Disorders, Articulation/Phonological Disorders
• I created Treatment plans based on my Supervising SLP's goals for each student.

• Fostered strong communication throughout the workplace, creating an upbeat team atmosphere, responsible for directly managing 3-4 front of house staff members and ensuring that all 10-15 tables were taken care of, from start to finish of their dining experience
• Responsible for having shifts run smoothly; effectively multitasking by correctly taking customers orders, ensuring quality food/beverages were being served, and that customers continue to come back and leave positive reviews, keeping our positive 4.6 star rating
