  • Data Management Technologies [DMT] Data Management Technologies line of business helps the Bank to Discover and sanitize the sensitive data within Bank. Third Party data protection to ensure the Bank outbound data is discovered and sanitized with level of access to the data. Implement Privacy standards to the applications which are accessing internal and external URL/cloud systems from Bank environment. Automate the data validation process, provide reports to federal audit findings on the data classification and data sanitization.
  • Investment Banking Solutions and Technology (IBST) IBST line of business caters to Portfolio Managers and Financial Advisors to perform various functions in the wealth management investments value chain – defining Investment Policy statements, wealth/financial planning, handling Tax payments, performing Portfolio Management, Model Management, Portfolio performance measurement, Order Management, oversight and regulatory reviews for the high net worth, ultra-high net worth, emerging wealth and Institutional client segments.
  • EMAR for Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs Technology (GMCAT) LOB The Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs Technology (GMCAT) LOB is a global team that oversees and supports the Marketing Initiatives at Bank of America. The GBAM group of the GMCAT LOB wishes to create a centralized strategic Event and Attendee data analytics repository that supports standardized tracking and assessment of event success measures for the Marketing managed events across LOBs. Migration to Workday and implement the changes in Workday using Change Management process.   • Global Consumer Marketing: Providing development, Maintenance and Support for the Marketing applications like Mass Media Event System (MMES), Event Management System and Compliance related activities for other application.
  • Transition 1 As part of Banks merger, to source merger back consumer and commercial account-level credit risk data into Enterprise Credit Risk Retail data. This is done by moving the data from mainframes to Teradata for processing and then moved to Enterprise credit Risk location for creating an extract file
  • Transition 2 As part of Bank and LLL merger, Bank must develop a mechanism to accept LLL feeds of various independent SORs and SOAs, so as to meet the critical Legal Day 1 requirements of Corporate Treasury, Corporate Risk and Corporate Investments. Infosys collaborated with the LLL Bank Business Analyst team to derive the functional mapping between Bank and LLL Data elements, develop the application and loaded the data in Bank system, generate data for house reporting and feed the data to decision making process for the extension of credit and renewal of credit facilities. This helps the lending officers and relationship managers know aggregate Bank and LLL exposure levels for all commercial clients to determine the appropriate level of approvals required for commercial customers. Different initiatives in this Transition are as follows Single Sourcing - Source the LLL account level commercial and consumer loans and leases, investments and funding liabilities data into the W. Clearing House - Source the LLL and Bank combined data to display total TRE by ultimate family to support clearing house reporting. Consumer and Commercial Loans - Source the LLL account level commercial and consumer loans data for the Portsum reporting. V8 ECRIS Wholesale Loans - Source the Commercial Loans as per V8 Basel standards to ECRIS.

It includes the process of inpatient admission, bed allocation, and professional careers schedule for the inpatient. After admitting a patient, the ward or bed transfer with in the clinic or the multi-campus facility. The medical record module handles the details regarding the patient history, Investigations, Procedures taken to cure the problem and the details of the Provider spells. To maintain the outpatient appointment for clinician the outpatient appointment module has been introduced. Clinicians’ time schedule, reschedule of the visiting time, maximum appointment per slots and time take for each patient has been scheduled. Walk-in patient visiting activities also been implemented with this module.
