I Joined Amazon in 2015 as a Sr. Recruiter leading all Talent Acquisition for IMDb. Through the years I built recruiting teams across multiple amazon businesses and then transitioned to front-line HR, where I successfully grew my career to support organizations up to 5k employees. I currently lead a 15 person HR team that spans the globe. I have developed talent evaluation processes at scale, am an executive coach, and most recently supported five VPs and 38 Directors through three large scale reductions.
