  • Leads the vision for organic social media at Ruffwear, including content planning and communication of key brand moments based on the seasonal communications plan, seasonal product and story launches, and partner
    collaborations.
  • Create and manage global content strategy by coordinating with distribution partners to maintain a consistent content schedule, support product launches, gather UGC, and leverage global retailer and brand ambassador videos.
  • Advise the Visual Communications team on social media assets to align with key launches, marketing
    moments, and other initiatives.
  • Work closely with Content Manager to maintain on-brand voice and style, tone, and messaging.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports on social media performance to internal stakeholders and make
    recommendations, updates, and improvements based on findings.
  • Manage the Social Media budget, including negotiating contracts with external content contributors and submitting invoices to the Accounting team.
  • Partner with the Pack Support team to gather insights into customer support needs, patterns, and
    solutions.
  • Work closely with the Visual Communications team to ensure consistent and on-brand visual presentation
    across social media platforms.
  • Write occasional blog articles for Ruffwear’s websites
