I am a dedicated educator with 25 years of experience in Lauderdale County. I held a position in the general education classroom for twenty-two years, while my last three years have been in special education and intervention. As a long term educator, I am adept in providing diverse instructional strategies needed to meet the variety of learning needs that ensure learning and progress for our students. Skilled in classroom management, lesson planning, parent-communication, documentation, use of data, and adaptive to diverse educational needs within any and all classroom environments whether it be general education, inclusive, co-teaching, or small group/ intervention.
