Some key achievements: 1) a 200% increase in time for analysis/resolutions (from 2 days earlier to 6 hours now) on Supplier Release Day; 2) KPI Dashboards and improved business analytics. Part of the Center of Excellence for Business Analytics leading the Component Capacity Management & Production Scheduling (CCMPS) group utilizing my strong knowledge of reporting and analytical.
  • Proficiency in using ticket management systems to document and track issues.
  • Led several FCA projects across different applications to transform business capabilities and processes.
  • Championed new reports and improved quality of existing reports to Executive Management for better accuracy and relevance – some reports e-mailed while others are available online.

  • Leading multiple cross-functional teams, collaborating with the business partners and creating opportunities for analytical efficiencies. Also included working with different levels of hierarchy/organization – from peers to executive leadership - to define and gain consensus on scope/objectives of business strategies, gather/document/ revise project requirements; ensuring the IT teams’ adherence to these (requirements). Highlighted below are some key projects that I have led and directed:
  • Led team to create PoCs / prototypes to analyze active orders (thus led to the introduction of Qlikview within Chrysler for the first time in 2011), incorporating a multitude of disparate data sources.
  • Led cross-functional team, spread across geography, to create an Active Order Management (AOM) Qlikview application after successful PoC, incorporating a multitude of disparate data source for measuring Order To Delivery and including all characteristics of the orders
  • Led cross-functional team for successful creation a Days on Lot Analyzer (DOLA) Qlikview application for complexity reduction and evaluate reasons for outliers/identification of not-so-sought/redundant/ non-cost effective options on vehicles.
  • Identified the need for a harmonious enterprise-wide Model Year launch – Led and coordinated highly cross-functional teams (technical and business) to launch of Model Year 2017 across Chrysler – the first-of-its-kind coordinated approach – and subsequent release to Suppliers. The template generated after this launch was widely applauded and approved across ALL IT for future model year launches (since then successfully launched MY 2018, 2019, 2020 and now 2021 using this template effectively). Continually enhanced this application in collaboration with the Brand Managers and Executive Management with the dynamic business scenarios.
  • Directing and leading cross-functional team to create a Slot Stability Index application. This now became a powerful tool for the senior management to identify plant performance and stability of orders.
  • Work closely with the Business Analytics and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) teams, as also the database teams to organize data from different legacy systems thus producing effective reports /dashboards /applications with on-time delivery.
  • Led and completed several large scale and smaller scale projects in MDP with on-time delivery and satisfaction of business partners. Generated and maintained the WBS alongside controlling and managing scope-creep. Most of the projects were across different functional teams.
