1. Implementation of green wave system and detection of stolen vehicles using RFID

• Location: R M D Engineering College, Chennai
• Duration: January 2015 – April 2015
• Team Size: Three
• Brief Description: This Project presents an intelligent traffic control system to pass emergency vehicles without any congestions. This module uses ZigBee modules on CC2500 and PIC16F877A system-on-chip for wireless communications between the ambulance and traffic controller.
• Outcomes: Switching the traffic lights to green by detecting ambulance and other patrol vehicles and detection of stolen vehicles.
• Individual Role: Team Leader, RFID Interfaces coding and cloud programming to trigger the SMS messages when stolen vehicle passes through any RFID receiver

· Involved in “Save the Children”, NGO organization to support rural children with malnutrition and created awareness on sanitary hygiene.

· Participated in monthly park cleanups, coordinating a team of 15 volunteers.

Volunteered at the local homeless shelter, serving food and preparing clean bedding for 50 individuals.
