  • Host Responsibilities: Greeted guests and seat them to the designated table in each zone. I also help clean up tables if the servers get overwhelmed and sort silverware.
  • To-go Responsibilities: Answering the phone and taking orders is a huge part of To-Go and learning the Chili’s menu became extremely easy. Being the only To-Go on a weekday night shift had to close the register and make sure checks were in order. Stocking is also a very necessary part of To-Go for the morning staff and making sure everything is clean.
