I provide a hefty amount of experience in terms of getting a home ready for a future tenant. I have a wide variety of experience in plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. I consider myself to have a strong work ethic, and am very punctual as well. This job would be a great opportunity for me because I am willing to be trained if necessary as I already have some experience with plumbing, but not to the extent of a professional. I already have a good general knowledge of doing plumbing work inside of homes such as fixing clogged drains or even installing new pipes.
