Assisted parents and families by making the process of finding childcare, household staffing, etc., as well as their lives once that care or assistance is in place, run as smoothly as possible. I helped to define and narrow family expectations, thus saving them precious time they might not have ordinarily spent interviewing candidates who might not be a good fit and or unqualified for the position.

- Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, running background checks, and matching families with candidates who meet their job requirements.

- Creating a unique job description catered to the needs of the families, and collaborating with both parties (client and candidate) on contract negotiations as needed.

Provided full time (M-F) care for their newborn, ensuring that he remained happy, healthy and safe at all times; all while helping to maintain a clean and organized household making it easier for the parents during their transition from home- back to the corporate world.

- Assisted in sleep training, diapering, prepare bottles/ baby food, creating age appropriate sensory activities, ect.

- Created a stable, clean and organized environment- ensuring that the parents transition back into the corporate world was as stress free as possible by: assisting in child related laundry, keeping the nursery clean at all times and ensuring that supplies are fully stocked, sanitizing toys, light housekeeping and helping care for the family dog from time to time.

Managed two investment rental properties for SM Properties (private home-owners).

- Set appointment times to schedule a tour of the properties with potential candidates.

- Maintained communication and schedules with all support teams; i.e. lawn care, cleaning crews, property maintenance, home renovations, ect.

- Maintained leases and renewal documents for the home-owners.

- Verified income, assets and expenses, and ran background checks for each applicant.

- Completed final move out walk- throughs with tenants to identify repairs needed.
