Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country's first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. The recently renovated landmark casino is now home to over 1,100 state-of-the-art, newest title slot machines and other local favorites such as Diamond Lotto's, Stinkin' Rich, Bombay, Fort Knox, Pirate's Loot, blackjack and a high stakes bingo room. Responsibilities 
  
Job Summary:
  
Classic Girls are fun, enthusiastic, glamorous and confident! They are a special group of Dealers within the Table Games department that will participate in the Party Pit area. 
  
They also serve as brand ambassadors, while promoting positive public relations and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
  
Essential Job Functions:
  
Under the direction of the Director of Table Games, the incumbent is responsible for:

* Dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Ensuring the protection of customers' rewards and credit lines.
* Dealing cards accurately and at a pace defined by the supervisor/guests at the table; take and pay bets accurately and according to standards.
* Creating and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
* Delivering guest service that promotes satisfaction and results in increased time at the table and return play.
* Amicably resolving guest concerns whenever possible, and reporting complaints/problems that are outside your ability/authority to resolve. 
* Interacting and entertaining guests in a cordial and gracious manner, thereby creating a memorable experience and building guest loyalty. 
* Participating in VIP events, Public Relations events, festivals, photos and videos shoots, etc.
* Serving as an Ambassador for Seminole Classic Casino, while promoting positive public relations and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
* Supporting the Seminole Gaming culture and team philosophy within the department and throughout the property.
* Ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
* Maintaining confidentiality of all Seminole Gaming's trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
* Following department and company policies, as well as standard operating procedures (SOPs) including; those relating to Seminole Gaming's business ethics guidelines.
* Maintaining a work environment that is safe, professional friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity and performance, as well as morale. 
* Ensuring prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  
Qualifications 

* At least 18 years of age or older.
* Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
* Must be able to deal Black Jack with a high level of proficiency. 
* Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
* Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino.
* Must have knowledge of Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations, as well as Policies & Procedures..
  
Uniform Standards:

* Ability to properly wear the alluring uniform available in LADIES sizes 0-6.
  

* Body presentation should reflect a healthy fit look.
* Be comfortable in a bathing suit or costumes that are fitted to the body.
* Uniform should not be stretched or altered in any way unless approved by the department.
  
DEALER SCHOOL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  
Opportunities to enter The Classic Girl Dealer School are open to qualified candidates who meet the minimum requirements. The goal of the school is to prepare candidates for available career opportunities within the Table Games department at Seminole Classic Casino.

* Training generally takes place five days per week, four hours each day 
* Students do not receive pay for their time spent in training
* There are no fee to attend Dealer School
* Upon successful completion of Dealer School (Final Audition), a Classic Girl Table Games Dealer position will be offered at the Seminole Classic Casino property pending a Gaming License
  
Minimum requirements for consideration for admission to the Dealer School:

* Pass a basic math assessment
* Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills including a positive demeanor and calm, steady temperament
* Demonstrate and maintain strong ethical standards
* Must be proficient in English
  
Upon Graduation a Classic Girl Table Games Dealer position will be offered to the candidate pending a Gaming License.
  
Work Environment:

* The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. 
* May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. 
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand for long periods of time; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. 
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
  
As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended. These background checks may include, but are not limited to:
