Summary

I have worked as a nurse since September 2017. During this time, I have worked in a variety of units which helped me increase my adaptability, time management, interpersonal communication and find my passion for helping others. My experience on a Medical-Surgical unit helped create a solid foundation for my nursing skills and helped me create great time management skills. My experience in Post Partum increased my confident in teaching patients and families about breastfeeding, newborn education, and more. Over the last 5 years, the NICU has challenged me and has brought me so much joy. I'm very blessed to have found a bedside unit that I have enjoyed and learned so much from, but as I get older, I am looking to move away from bedside nursing while continuing to serve in healthcare. Serving as a Clinician Impact Onboarding Specialist will allow me to continue helping others within healthcare and my community.
