• Floating enquiries & negotiations with suppliers / sub-contractors and evaluate them based on their Quotations
• Preparation of work order and certification of sub-contractor bills
• Monitoring and control of daily site activities with respect to the approved schedule and ACE
• Coordinating with the suppliers and procurement team for the delivery of project material as per the client requirement
• Ensuring the resources availability & attaining the same as per the budget planned for the current financial year
