I worked as front end team associate and service desk. I would greet people with a smile, ring their groceries up and bag them up for the customer. At service desk I would do financial services that included, paying bills,sending money to people in the country and out of country, return items customers did not want or did not work out for them. Also loaded one pay cards, gift cards for the customers. Maintained a clean and safe work environment. They also had me as a fill in Team Lead some where I would just make sure my co workers had everything they need including, change, bills and just making sure the place was clean and organized. I would also on occasions I would go open lock up cabinet's for customers and check them out.
