- The business ask for migrating the Sleeves data from the then vendor VestMark to Fidelity baskets Platform gave an opportunity for both IDP and Baskes team to actively work on data migration and modernisation along with API development activity to fetch this data.
I single-handedly owned Taxlots endpoint and supported APIs for positions and transactions.
Development, Testing using Xray, SQL tuning and performance testing writing Rushour scripts came as a part of this project.
We as an IDP team did actively took part in the Preprod and prod readiness activities that included Automation testing, Prod config setup, CI/CD pipeline creation for Prod.
I was for a very short time involved in the Daily Batch loading jobs into IDP from Baskets using Control-M. Wrote sripts for loading this data using Spark and actively monitored jobs daily in Dev environment.
Furthermore supported enhancements in the existing API.
Collaborated with cross functional team to ensure TPS is achieved, code is deployed within deadlines, and environments are stable during customer testing time.

Baskets Sleeves Management
- Migrated Sleeves data from vendor VestMark to Baskets Platform.
- Daily EMR batch jobs were run to load data from Baskets OLTP source to IDP history tables and other dependent tables were loaded enabling the Golden gate replication on the respective environment.
- This data is further used by Inquiry APIs (Fetches data from IDP history tables) to show EOD/history data to consumers OpsWx and Fid.com.
- Use case differed in few aspects for both these consumers like showing paginated results using both offset and cursor based, TPS and other minor business logics.
- Other set of APIs fetched realtime data that's loaded under Basket Tables.
- Export functionality was another business use case that gave the consumer the ability to download data in PDF or XLS format.
