Kandace Lopez

I am currently an educator teaching 11th grade students in US History. I use TEKS and a scope and sequence as well as my knowledge in history to provide my students with well rounded knowledge to help understand the past and to better navigate their future.

• I help students from other countries learn the English language. I give students tools on how to utilize their resources. I help with homework, work in class, keeping students focused on graduating, I also file paperwork, and audit the students files for the state of Texas.

• Taking care of filing, answering the phones, helping with different task around the office. I also am in charge of making sure the office is organized. I work with the other members of the advancement department to help the university succeed and have funds to continue thriving. I also have experience helping the office in fundraising activities to provide equality for all student life.

• My role with this company included ensuring guest were accommodated, answering phones, taking care of billing issues, and always making sure the guest were satisfied.

• I help teach the kids the material they need to learn. I also change diapers when needed, get their lunch, go with the students to their general classes and help them understand the material.
