I saw on your website that you are hiring audio engineering staff for the Denver and Boulder areas and I am interested in applying.

I'm currently enrolled as a recording arts student at the University of Colorado Denver. I'm going into my junior year and I'm hoping to get some work experience in the music industry this year. I have experience using live and studio sound boards and I'm confident in my ability to adapt to any console that's put in front of me. I know that your venues use S6L-24D live mixing systems which is a console that I'm familiar with using. I have extensive experience using pro-tools and I'm currently working on getting my pro-tools certification at the university. My main background is in studio recording but I've had some experience with live sound at some of the music events on the CU campus and live performances around Denver. I have no problem starting out as an intern in order to gain experience to work in live sound.

A little bit about myself. I'm 23 years old, I'm an avid outdoorsman and I engage in activities such as hiking, fishing, and hunting. I have a lot of experience with computers including operating order fulfillment software, troubleshooting issues, and even building computers from scratch. I'm also a musician that's proficient in guitar, bass, piano, singing, and I'm currently teaching myself how to play the drums. I hope to work with your company in the near future.
