- Start as founding member of incubation BU in VMware to assess, develop, and take to market VMware Edge Compute offer. This solution brings together VM and K8s runtime in edge optimized form factor with centralized management plane
- Defined edge architecture that drives product and development roadmap. Research product gaps and identify area of investment
- Assessed technology partners through technical review, lab evaluation, and came up with proposed integration, development plan and GTM strategy which incorporate partners' technologies into VMware Edge portfolio. Maintained relationship both at technical execution level and executive level.
- Built two new Edge vertical (Manufacturing and Utilities) from scratch while growing existing Edge vertical (Retail). Within less than one year, secured a few large customers and one of the top 3 players in manufacturing vertical to co-develop and take to market new Edge solution for manufacturing vertical
- Worked with sales team to develop a plan, and recruit lighthouse customers to work closely wit VMware to address customer needs and fulfill VMware Edge vision
- Worked independently and leveraged partners to create demonstration that shows concept and possibilities of how VMware Edge can be used in various use cases. The demo will be highlighted at upcoming VMWare Explore cloud keynote
- Identified and jumped start work in new areas, e.g. new vertical, architecture details. Then later on recruited talents to continue scaling work and growing Edge business. Grew the team to 8 SAs in both US and EMEA

Work closely with Cloud Service Providers to develop and launch new services with Pensando's DPU/SmartNIC technologies
- Work with customers' architects and engineers to define solution architecture. Scope and jointly define MVP, roadmap, detailed requirements, and integration/deployment plan. Stay very close to Pensando engineering as the features/solutions are being developed and make sure what we build are in sync with customers' expectation
- Participate in and support the API integration activities, performance testing, training, and escalation
- Support customers technology evaluation, integration development, and rollout with minimal engineering involvement. Developed sample gRPC scripts to demonstrate various key features. Built ansible automation and python scripts to assist with the deployment while key product features are being developed
- Authored an evaluation guide to streamline the evaluation process. Authored deployment guide. Helped the field team in selling and doing POC of the new releases
- Worked with cloud providers' VMware architect to create a design to run VMware NSX-T on top of Pensando SDN overlay for Bare Metal as-a-Service. This requires understanding the NSX-T deployment, best practices, and how the Pensando SDN overlay works to seamlessly marry the two and ensure interoperation
- Build customer relationship both at the technical and executive levels. Provide insight to Pensando executives

- Identified potential integration issue with IPFIX early on and pushed for the fixes to be incorporated into the product. Built integration demo to ingest Pensando VPC flow logs and dashboard in Elastic/Kibana, metrics polling using Fluentd plug-in, and integration with VMware vRealize Log Insight
