Summary
I have worked with students of many backgrounds from ones that do not want to be at school, to the kids that love being at school. I have also dealt with the students that learning doesn't come to them as it does the person next to them. Every student learns different and being able to break down and communicate and learn from all was a big thing for me with being a paraprofessional to even being a substitute. At the end of the day letting kids know that school is fun and everyone can learn has been a learning experience for myself as well. It has really driven my want to, to really be in the class room more with students.
