Maintain contact with the factory regarding the order, address changes, changes in in hands date, etc
Share tracking information with client; confirm delivery
Update order details and bill notes throughout production to ensure that order is as accurate as possible in the system
Notify Brand Consultant of any problems or issues with the order
POST-SALE
Assign tracking numbers to order in JNI for billing
Resolve CDIs with direction from Brand Consultant that can coordinate with corporate staff as needed (Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, etc.)
