Motivated and dependable individual with hands-on experience in coaching, leadership, and physically demanding work environments. As a baseball instructor, I have developed strong communication, mentoring, and team-building skills by working with individuals ages 6–18, adapting coaching strategies to support different learning styles and skill levels. Additionally, my extensive background in commercial fishing has instilled a strong work ethic, resilience, time management, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, team-oriented settings.
