• Designed and updated Azure data factory pipelines to implement new user requirements. This resulted in pulling more data accurately from source systems which helped the business make better decision on which vendor to contact when a customer logged a complaint. Hence better resolution of the issue and a happy customer.
• Creating and updating Azure functions in Microsoft D365 power-apps. This was to enhance the user experience and capture more details when creating warranty issue tickets.
• Enhancing .Net MVC applications according to new requirements. This resulted in sending 100 times more surveys to prospective and current customers. This in turn resulted in company getting more feedback from clients and improved on the issues, resulting in more sales and happier clients.

Project 1:

Objective: The pricing application sent price changes of items through Azure service bus in to Azure functions. Used functions to validate and store incoming payload in cosmos db. Durable functions get time triggered and retrieve pricing data from cosmos db and transform it according to business requirement and deliver them to the third party tools based on defined criteria. Third party systems then upload latest pricing data on company's web portal to reflect current prices.

• Developed Azure functions to write data in Cosmos Db.
• Instrumented application to collect logs and metrics in Azure Application Insights.
• Used PaaS and SaaS services to implement enterprise level solutions.
• Enhanced performance of C# .NET Azure backend enterprise level application, by optimizing .NET code and implementing code best practices

• Objective: Site merchants use this application to manage hierarchy of items and current stock status of items on enterprise's digital platform.
• Sole developer for maintaining mission critical, legacy, full stack C# .NET MVC based, enterprise level application
• Enhanced C# ,NET, AngularJS, SQL Server, MVC based full stack application according to requirements of site merchants, who were users. They configured items to be shown on company's website through this application.
• Collaborated directly with users to get their requirements. Converted requirements into user stories. Designed user interfaces that increased security and improved user experience.
• Implemented entity framework database first approach to create new sql tables.
• Created SQL tables to store user credentials captured from frontend. This was important as changes made by users would get reflected on company's website. This clearly showed who made the changes.
• Added additional features on user interfaces with HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and CSS3, Angular JS.
