An initiative-taking and assertive real estate professional experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions, including showing properties, managing the development and execution of contracts, purchasing agreements, loan closing statements, deeds, MLS, and lead generation.
· Meet buyers at properties, allow access and facilitate the showing.
· Download and review the MLS sheet prior to each appointment.
· Collect buyer feedback and write an appointment summary.
· Prepare sales contracts and assist in coordinating closing activities.
· Meet appraisers, inspectors, and other third parties at properties to allow access and stay for the duration of the appointment.
· Complete additional real estate errands as needed. (Pick up keys, record a virtual showing)
· Take videos/photos of properties.
Develop and maintain competitive market analysis.
