- March 2020 was promoted to the advance processing team supervisor and was titled as a Bank Officer.
- Led collateral and advance processing teams for Mortgage Finance business, overseeing 20 employees.
- Advance processing team were required to review all wires ( FHA, VA, USAA, Conventional, NON QM, JUMBO rate locks, clear to close, appraisal, wire instructions. ) prior to release the wire to the title company
- Created policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency in both areas.
- Developed new automated service for both teams.
- Organized and maintained vault containing over 300 client mortgages, ensuring secure access and compliance.
- I started Flagstar Bank May of 2017 as a collateral processor, by early 2018 moved into the advance processing role.
- Collateral process job duties were to open all incoming mail, catalog into the system, review mortgage notes, allonge and any trailing documents. File all mortgage collateral in the vault, waiting on investor purchase.
