• Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow, team efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.

• Ensure all transport and environmental services equipment functions safely and properly by coordinating with repair vendors and with Maintenance and Engineering Services.
• Improve customer satisfaction with timely response to inquiries, addressing concerns, and finding effective solutions utilizing, Epic, EZ net work order system, audits and conducting 25+ patient interviews per week
• Perform both environmental services and patient transportation duties at peak times, and during staffing shortages
• Maintain/create files, Enter/Build data, dispatch for EVS and Transport, answer all incoming phone calls forwarded, daily use of Epic, EZ net, and Navvtrack systems.
• Oversee, create, and schedule floor care projects with the TMMG floor maintenance group.
