Owner of a small private practice focused on somatic trauma healing. I address issues including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, attachment ruptures, parent coaching, relational distress, transition, perinatal trauma, grief and loss. I am currently working with individuals, couples and families ages 15-60.
During my 7 years with Sweetgrass, I provided competent mental health care to individuals, adolescents, couples, families, and groups. I completed coursework to become a Clinical Supervisor and supervised 10+ trainees. I also held management roles including Director of Clinical Training in which I organized and facilitated guest and in-house training and consultations to our team of 16 clinicians.
