Oversaw the clinical programming of the company's Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts, oversee the Buffalo Branches operations clinically and financially, and work as a Supervisor overseeing my own caseload of clients. I also handled all intake and assessments for potential new clients.

Caseloads consisting of twelve (12) to sixteen (16) clients with ages ranging from two years old to twenty-six years old. Analysis of data and revisions made based on evidence based research.
