2. PS369Q- Construction of a Three Storey School Building in Queens worth $40 Million, Final completion in September 2022.

3. P.S/I.S502- Construction of a New 6 Storey School Building in Manhattan wroth $102 million, Final completion in August 2024(On Going)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sub-contractors on project including MEPS, masonry, concrete and finish work.
• Coordinate all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler work with BIM and on field. Supervise all MEPS work on site.
• Ensure site health and safety compliance in accordance with city and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate schedules and day-to-day activities of crew to satisfy project needs.
• Ensure quality control on jobsite by reviewing ongoing work being performed per drawings and specifications.
• Perform layouts for concrete and masonry work.
• Educate employees in proper use of personal protective equipment and enforced all safety requirements.
• Guide and direct third-party inspectors throughout project.
• Managed bookkeeping, prepared budgets and cost reports.
• Delivered high level of service to clients to both maintain and extend relationship for future business opportunities.

Project Highlights:

1.) NYCHA ISAAC Houses- Renovation of existing Kitchen and Toilets at community center worth $4million, completed on 12/17/2018.
2.) Renovation of entire Second floor at Hunter community college worth $6
million, completed on 08/23/2019.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-qualify subcontractors and evaluate all bid proposals
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications
• Assist in creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects
• Coordinate site inspections and tests as required by specifications
• Review sub-contractors claims or disputed work and advise senior management as to appropriate actions
• Ensure workmanship quality in accordance with plans and specifications
• Monitor compliance with all safety guidelines
• Successful completion of 2 NYCHA projects, 1 MHANY Project and 2 CUNY Projects worth $14 million which includes complete interior restoration of the facilities including MEP and Fire Suppression system and Currently managing 11 Columbia University Job Order Contracts
• Experience in dealing with Construction Management firms like TDX Construction, Gordian Group, Shapiro and STV.

Project Highlights:

Facade and Roofing work at NYCHA Mitchell Houses worth $20 million, Final completion date- 10/25/2018

Job Responsibilities:

• Participated in design phase meetings and pre-bid walk-throughs
• Assisted in supervising field crew and subcontractors performing jobs at various projects (NYCHA Local Law 11, SCA)
• Monitored project expenditures; identified variances; implemented corrective actions
• Made decisions on and processed change orders for alterations or for additional work on projects
• Created schedule for construction levels of manpower, materials and equipment including work with subcontractors, while also conducting and supervising work inspection.
