My role was volunteering in-

1. Getting surplus food from the community and food establishments to serve less fortunate people.

2. Robin Hood Academy- a local academy that teaches underprivileged children in their local language.

3. Various other drives- e.g. clothes distribution drive.

'Mission 30M'- largest food relief effort by civic society to fight Covid-19. Mission was to serve staple food to 30 million of the most affected people across 10 countries (from 1 July to 15 August 2020). Finished our campaign at 23,250,472.

Volunteered with a multidisciplinary team of residents and staff to lead community CPR education initiatives.

  • In a single day, we trained more than 100 individuals, which was an immensely gratifying and proud experience.
  • Organized and staffed booths at schools, local fairs, public libraries, fire stations and hospital lots—accessible, high-traffic areas to maximize outreach.
  • Educated individuals of all ages about cardiac arrest recognition, symptoms and immediate response steps.
