LEARNING AMBASSADOR

• Taught new associates, managers, operator managers and visitors the inbound and outbound process dock . Teaching them how to unload and load trucks, cage build (scanning boxes into the cage), water spider(taking the right cage to the assigned trailer door), car wash(taking out full or empty cages out of the order picker), pallet jack, how throw boxes in the conveyor belt in a safe manner ,how to use scanners whether they were picking, stowing or dock and always making sure they were working safely.
• Taught new associates how to operate a forklift, order picker and other heavy work equipments.
• Class Trainer for inbound and outbound teaching the stow and pick process and evaluated each associate giving feedback to help them improve.

• As an ambassador, I give new associates and managers a tour of the site, explaining where we can find the restrooms, breakrooms, leadership desk, start up areas, inbound/outbound area, office, HR and AM Care. And also explaining what we do in each station whether outbound or inbound area.
