I worked with one resident who had early Dementia Alzheimer's. I bathed, groomed, prepared meals and did laundry .We went to activities church and other oustide events. These things helped to get her back to being a more comfortable individual dealing with others.

I worked in the Memory Dementia Alzheimer's unit which also had hospice and respite care. I bathed, groomed feed those who couldn't feed feed themselves, laundry and activities. All of these things made them feel apart of living and having fun. I made a big impact to this facility by observing the residents changes and giving reports to administrative staff. Made quality suggestions that help myself and coworkers to enhance the proper quality of care to the residents.
