My responsibilities were to manage the department when she was out. I reported times on work ordered. Prepared information and reported this information during the gemba walk. I solved issues that would arise in the department.

Conducted product testing in the test department for nearly two decades.

I loaded and ran the surface mount machine in PCB, and preformed required maintenance.

I vegan in 1981 through 1983 as as a circuit board inserted and pre inspector. I left the company and returned in 1994 to the same positions. I learned all aspects of jobs in the PCB department. I was and continue to have excellent soldering skills. I took a job in the test department after being a machine operator. I could not advance any further in that department so I moved in another direction in the company to further myself.
