I have work in customer service for over 30 years. I have been a manager in customer service and office manager for over 20 years. While working at my full time job, I also worked for Party City for the halloween season and worked till 2am and was up at 6am to get my daughter to school and out to my regular job. I am dependable and on time. I have worked the cash register while at Party City. I go to work with a bright and happy out look. I feel that how you appear to people, in person and on the phone, your voice and the way you present yourself comes across right away. I always have a smile because that makes other people smile or feel good. I go to work with a good outlook and I treat people the way I want to be treated. At Universal, I have been in positions where I am in direct contact with our guest and make their vacation the most special that I can make it.
Greeting and processing guest as quickly and as efficient as possible to get them into the parks so they may begin their adventures. Working in rentals to get their product and explain how the equipment works and procedures in returning product back to proper location at end of night. Taking on line to up to date on our HazCon. Always having a positive attitude and welcoming guest.
I manage the office and dispatch the drivers for their daily jobs. I book reservations on the phone and in person. I show the vehicles for these jobs. I do payroll and credit cards. I take care of any complaints or concerns for customers. I run credit cards and have operated a register. I do monthly reports. I do on line reservations and customer questions and quotes. I take care of any BBB complaints.
I have served as an EMT for 7 years and received an award for doing CPR on a patient and reviving them. I have been a volunteer fire fighters wife for 47 years. I am Mrs. United States Pageant representing, Passaic County in NJ. I am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of twins.
I enjoy working and being with people. I have spent over 30 years in customer service in person and on the phone. Not only have I been in customer service, I have done accounts receivable, warehouse picking, quality control and office manager.
I have always felt that the customer is to be make comfortable, that they are going to have the best day of their life, we did weddings, and that we will make right whatever you feel went wrong, and this should always be done with a inviting voice to make them feel comfortable and that we care. I have trained and supported all my employees in the business that I have worked for. I have always communicated with by employees that we are a team. I will never ask them to do anything that I wouldn't do myself. I am a team player and that means guiding team members, not dictating to them. When you work as a team, and give respect, you get more back in work ethics and prosperity.
