Lead, train and supervise an Army Recruiting Company spread over 84,00 square miles with a population of over 1.2 million people; responsible for the health, safety, moral, and training of 52 recruiters; sets and enforces high standards of conduct, training, professional development, and operations; plans and executes a battle focused training; controls and synchronizes facilities equipment, and maintain vehicles valued in excess of $2,000,000; advises and assists the commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities that support the units mission; promotes; community awareness and support for the Army and its recruiting goals.
Serves as the organization Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager for the 5th Recruiting Brigade encompassing seven subordinate battalions and 49 companies with a combined strength of 2,100 personnel dispersed over 14 states and 972,000 square miles; serves as the principal advisor to the organization Director on all aspects of the Inclusion and Diversity Program and policies; receives and processes complaints; conducts staff assistance visits; coordinates training and
provides mentorship on EO policies to battalion commanders, battalion executive officers and company leaders.
coordinates and instructs Equal Opportunity Leader Courses; interprets and implements HQDA EO policies and
procedures; plans and coordinates guest speakers for ethnic observances.
Lead and direct an Army recruiting station in an area covering 70 square miles with a population of 35,570; supervises
8 recruiting NCOs and is responsible for their professional development, morale, health, and welfare; accounts for and
trains 53 Future Soldiers awaiting entry onto active duty; maintains relationships within 15 high schools, 3 colleges, and
influencer's in the local community; implements and maintains a recruiting center production management system,
maintains control and accountability of equipment valued at over $150,000; responsible for the station meeting its
assigned recruiting objectives.
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the Army's accessions needs, through developing recruiting strategies, building relationships with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
