I gave personal care to the lady. I helped her showers, bed baths, peri care, toileting, skin care, mouth care, getting dressed, gave medications, took vitals, exercises, and all personal care. I kept her parents updated on everything going on throughout the day. I kept home health and hospice updated and worked with them to give her care. I made sure she had what she needed. I prepared meals and assisted her with eating her meals. I assisted her with transferring with and without a lift. I did laundry, dishes, swept, mopped, dusted, and helped with anything that family needed help with.

I bathed and assisted patients with showers and bed baths. I helped patients with mouth care, skin care, hair care, nail care, and getting dressed. I changed beds and assisted patients/ caregivers with minor house work like sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and laundry if needed. I gave emotional support to patients, family members, and caregivers while taking care of patients. I assisted nurses with wound care. I helped patients with transferring, repositioning, and ambulation. I prepared meals for patients and when needed assisted in feeding them. I took vitals and kept nurses and family updated with any changes in patient.

I gave showers and bed baths, helped residents change clothes, brush hair, and teeth including dentures. I helped set up meal trays and fed residents that needed help eating. I assisted the nurses with wound care. I took vitals and kept nursing staff updated on residents. I changed sheets, straighten up the residents rooms, took out garbage, and put the residents clothes in their closets and dressers. I helped patients with ambulation, transferring, and exercises. I trained new CNAs.
