Assess patient's for any needs or changes in status that needs to be addressed and report to the physician. Train new clinic nurses for our clinic and other clinics. Access ports, venipuncture, obtain vital signs, perform comprehensive assessments.

Worked closely with provider to provide care to oncology/hematology patients. Administer and mix chemotherapy agents. Assess ports, perform phlebotomies, obtain vital signs, perform comprehensive assessments on all patients.

Administered medications and treatments per established protocols and patient care plans. Monitored vital signs, documenting changes to ensure timely interventions. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care strategies. Worked mainly on med-surg but also worked in OB, ER and ICU.
