Billing Customer Service and Sales
- Revenue stimulation.
- Working with customers for customer account inquiry and service calls for installation, removal or changes to network service plans, quotation of rates and service intervals and discussion of pending orders and sales opportunities.
- Qualifying aftermarket requests from customers and account teams for term plans, contract tariff, product specific promotions and other possible customer/account requirements customer sales support:
- Negotiating and implementing with customer as needed
- Answers and explains questions/inquires
- Investigates billing claims/disputes
- Calculating and issuing adjustments
- Analyzing customer accounts
- Arranging special billing arrangements
- Performing maintenance functions for switched services including:
- Call receipts, auto test, service assurance, and escalation
- Creating tickets
- Coordinating activities of suppliers
- Processing customer payments
- System access through terminals, pcs and other electronic devices
- Preparing, changing customer records
- Receiving calls to resolve problems, furnish information
- Customer Billing Administration:
- Documenting and reporting daily activity
- Performing various administrative functions, such as filing
- Reviewing, interpreting and applying company policies and practices
- Attending meetings
