Work from applicable written inspection procedures, drawings, and other pertinent instructions to plan and perform dimensional and visual inspection on parts, tools, gages and other equipment, accept material or referring for rework or quality review based on findings. Use a variety of fixed and variable measuring instruments including automated measuring machines where program instructions are well defined to check dimensions and record results and perform necessary problem solving to determine extent of nonconformance and complete documentation and follow proper procedures to perform in-line checks and verification of dimensions and make sure that process steps are being followed.

• Led 23 employees in the safe operation of State Road 570
• Responsible for daily operations including plaza funds, loss prevention, contractor management, and employee scheduling.

• Responsible for 30-40 employees to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 35 Sikorsky UH-60 helicopters
• Oversaw the preservation rotation of 50 P-3 engines.
• responsible for the compass calibration program and training program. Responsible to make sure Compass and training programs were audit ready and employess training was current and up to date .
• trained new sailors and over saw scheduled qualification to ensure balanced shifts.

• Oversaw 31 technicians in the completion of bench electronic and small motor repair actions encompassing 2219 man-hours with zero rework.
• Used my in depth technical experience in the repair of a 146 units originally deemed beyond capable maintenance.
• Used the Lean Six Sigma process to improve shop efficiency to increase shop productivity by 150 percent. The increased efficiency served as a model for all east coast Fleet Readiness Centers.
